At Beeline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Beeline account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
